STEEL HYDRAULICS, a Division of Stark Manufacturing LLC, is a premier manufacturer of precision fabricated steel hard lines, tube assemblies, custom fittings, and hose assemblies for a variety of hydraulic markets. STEEL HYDRAULIC's quality and expertise in tube forming, hose assembly, in-house tooling design, brazing, and testing ensures that we can meet our customer's needs at all levels for hydraulic applications.

Stark has the capability of providing hose assemblies, complex fabricated hard lines, or hose & tube assemblies from 1/4" up to 4" O.D.  Stark is proud to feature Gates domestic hose and fittings as our premier line for hose assemblies.  Stark is also an authorized agent for ManuliHydraulics and an authorized distributor for Goodyear Engineered Products.  We also have relationships with Parker distributors to provide genuine Parker fittings on hard lines to meet customer demands.  Regardless of the application’s environment and pressure requirements, we can provide hose and tube assemblies to meet the most difficult applications with the flexibility to offer the customer a choice of brands.  

We fabricate carbon steel and stainless steel hard lines with either end-formed fittings or brazed-on fittings for all JIC, ORFS, DIN JIS, and other applications.  Other tubing alloys and fittings are also available for specialty applications.

Our in-house test benches are capable of 21,000 psig (1500 BAR) static hydraulic testing and we also offer 300 psig helium gas leak testing to meet the most stringent leak test requirements.  One hundred percent leak testing of parts is available for critical applications.

We recognize our customer's growing concerns about hydraulic system contamination.  In addition to meeting customer ISO or ASTM cleanliness requirements, we can provide alternate materials or exterior coatings for added corrosion resistance without compromising cleanliness standards.  Contact us for additional information.
